The Carnival is now starting its search for a colourful carnival themed picture to grace the front cover of the 2017 Carnival programme. We work with all the local primary schools and other junior groups to organise this but if your budding artist’s school is not taking part this year, individual entries can be handed in at the Core Centre or Otley Library by Friday 10th February. There are few simple rules but they are important.

All Otley children aged from 4 – 11 are eligible to enter. The picture must be on A4 paper (portrait style). All pictures MUST include the following: name and age of child, address and contact number.

The Carnival would like to thank the Stew and Oyster for sponsoring this event and will be awarding prizes to the overall winner and to the winner in each age group. The overall winner will receive a t-shirt with their design on the front, kindly donated by Colourfusion.ey children aged 4 – 11 are eligible to enter.
